At Oberon Search we offer a selective and highly professional service to our clients. We take the time to understand you and your recruitment needs and do not bombard you with unsuitable CVs. Our unrivalled knowledge of the industry means we speak your language and consequently our time is dedicated to identifying the right candidate.

We offer three services: Contingency; Advertised Search and Search & Selection

Contingency

  • You communicate your assignment to us
  • We analyse your company, its culture and your requirements
  • We undertake a search through our substantial database.
  • Where a suitable candidate 'surfaces', we discuss the opportunity with them and advise you within one hour, forwarding their CV
  • Where a suitable candidate is not identified, search and selection may be a better option - particularly where an element of confidentiality is required.
  • We undertake all interview arrangements, as required, supplying a full information dossier on each candidate.
Advertised Search
  • An appropriate advertisement is drafted and designed by ourselves if desired, and placed on our website, in appropriate publications or online. Candidates are requested to contact us in the first instance.
  • Applications are screened and shortlisted.
  • CVs of the shortlisted candidates are forwarded to you.
  • Where a suitable candidate is not identified, search and selection may be a better option - particularly where an element of confidentiality is required.
  • We undertake all interview arrangements, as required, supplying for information dossiers on each candidate.
