What happens when you contact us
  • Upon registering your interest with Oberon we will have a brief chat to discuss your requirements and give immediate advice.

  • Once we have received your CV a full telephone interview will be held enabling you to expand upon it, as required.

  • A shortlist of appropriate target companies will then be presented to you for discussion and confirmation.

  • Once this has been agreed upon on, we will begin approaching our clients for you.

  • It is the policy of Oberon Search to meet as many candidates as possible, so a formal meeting will arranged with one of our consultants.

  • Once the Interview Process starts you will be fully briefed on the company, the personalities involved and anything else that can be of assistance.

  • On completion of the First Interview we will fully debrief you, incorporating honest feedback straight from the client. This applies to Second Interview as well.

  • At the Offer stage all package negotiations will be conducted by Oberon.

  • Counter Offer counselling is also available, if required.

  • The Offer letter will be screened by an experienced consultant and fully explained, if necessary.
